4. AI-Generated Content
MahaView AI Design uses artificial intelligence to help users create banners, posters, greetings, marketing designs, political creatives, festival posters, birthday banners, and other visual content.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, error-free, or suitable for every use. Users should review all generated content before publishing, printing, sharing, or using it commercially.
Users must not use the app to create or share content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or threatening
- Misleading, deceptive, or impersonating another person
- Defamatory or damaging to others
- Sexually explicit or unsafe
- Promoting violence or illegal activities
- Violating copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Misusing real person images, political figures, public figures, party symbols, or brand logos without proper permission
- Creating fake, misleading, or manipulated content that may confuse people
We may remove, restrict, or block content or accounts that violate our policies, applicable laws, or platform rules.
5. Political, Public Figure, and Real Person Content
MahaView AI Design may be used for political banners, leader promotion posters, birthday wishes, festival greetings, public event posters, and similar creatives.
Users are fully responsible for the content they create, upload, generate, or publish. Users must ensure that political names, photos, logos, party symbols, slogans, and public figure images are used lawfully and with appropriate rights or permissions.
The app must not be used to create misleading political content, fake endorsements, impersonation, defamatory designs, deepfake-style manipulation, or deceptive public communication.
6. Report Inappropriate Content
